  • Dr.
    Anoosh Moadab
    Diplomate, American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery

    Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Rearfoot Reconstruction / Ankle Surgery

    Dr. Anoosh Moadab is a native of Fresno. A Bullard High School graduate of 1990, he pursued an undergraduate degree at the University of California in Davis. Returning to Fresno in 1995, he became involved in research at the Veteran's Hospital, and had opportunity to work for Odwalla in Dinuba. Dr. Moadab began his Podiatry education at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, and completed a three year residency at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Hayward and Fremont. He holds privileges at Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresno Surgical Hospital, and other local hospitals. Dr. Moadab is well trained in all aspects of the foot and ankle. His particular interest is traumatic fractures and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He has been serving the Central Valley since 2004, and practices with his wife, Dr. Kathryne Rupley, at All Valley Podiatric Group. Dr. Moadab aspires to bring a higher level of foot and ankle expertise to the Central Valley.

    Kathryne Rupley

    Board Certified in Foot Surgery

    Dr. Rupley has served the Central Valley since 2003. She completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Texas, her Podiatry education at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, and completed her residency at Jerry L Pettis Memorial Hospital (Veterans Medical Center) in Loma Linda, California. She has a strong background in Diabetic and Geriatric Foot Care, Limb Salvage, and Forefoot Reconstruction. She is involved with the Saint Agnes Wound and Ostomy Clinic as an Advanced Wound Care Specialist of the foot and ankle. She holds privileges at Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresno Surgical Hospital, and other local hosptials. She practices with her husband, Dr. Anoosh Moadab, at All Valley Podiatric Group. She enjoys her time with their three daughters Megan, Audrey and Daisy.
